A Look Back on 2013.

Before I throw myself into my events for the year, I want to take a look back at 2013 and to thank everyone who made it such an incredible year for me and for True Emerald. Our clients and vendors are truly the best, and getting to work with them inspires me to continue to learn and grow myself and the business. Every event reminds me of why I do this, and when I think back on the previous year, I am so grateful!

Two of my brides last year, a mother and her daughter, were a real

source of inspiration for me. I was humbled by how they have

experienced loss, found new love, and honor their family.

They really touched me, and people like them make me see how

beautiful and powerful love is.

It is so much bigger than us, and I am so fortunate to be a part of

celebrating love and life.

And then there’s the True Emerald team: a loyal and wonderful bunch! How lucky am I to get to work with close friends and my own brother? We have so much fun with our events: the road trips, all-nighters, and rewarding ourselves with In -N-Out Burger! Thank you, guys! And a special shout-out to Jim for coming to the rescue as the Bubble Bouncer! I appreciate all your hard work and am looking forward to another great year!
